Customers only see products that are available for sale in their market and they can prepay all duties and taxes at checkout to simplify handling and delivery. After orders are placed, you send shipments to our Newark or Miami hubs and BorderJump handles everything else. The process closely resembles what you already follow in fulfilling domestic orders because, in effect, orders shipped through BorderJump actually are domestic orders. BorderJump consolidates packages by country to control transportation costs and lessen the impact of shipping charges on cart conversion.

Once enabled, financial transactions with international buyers occur directly with BorderJump. We become the merchant of record and assume all of the risks associated with the transaction, including currency fluctuations. BorderJump conducts fraud screening and provides customer service for issues specific to payments while your customer service continues to focus on product support, customer experience questions and other inquires normally handled by your representatives. After transactions are approved, BorderJump settles with you in U.S. dollars, and orders are shipped to one of our domestic hubs for final delivery to your customer’s local address.
