BorderJump partners closely with merchants to enable their websites for international e-commerce. All of our merchant clients work hard to provide you with a superior customer experience. Each merchant that relies on BorderJump to enable international e-commerce manages its own returns program and provides customer service. Please consult the merchant’s website for specific return policies or contact their customer service agents for additional information.
The policies of the merchant apply to all purchases made through or involving BorderJump. BorderJump provides the transportation of your returned items from your home country back to the United States. After receiving a return authorization from the merchant, we will provide a shipping address for you to send your parcel. Any associated costs or requirements can be found on the merchant’s website.
In the event that you made a purchase using a BorderJump Payment Instrument, BorderJump will refund the purchase price of your merchandise in your local currency based on the lesser of the prevailing exchange or the exchange rate at the time of original purchase. Refunds will occur upon acceptance of your returned items by the merchant.
