Accepting payments from international customers has its own set of challenges, especially since traditional fraud screening processes employed in the US are not applicable to cross border transactions. We understand that there is nothing more important than integrity of the sale and our systems are designed to ensure the legitimacy of international orders.

BorderJump offers two levels of fraud protection. Our in-network guarantee covers up to $500 per transaction on purchases made by any validated customer in the Aeropost network. For out-of-network transactions, protection is provided by an advanced fraud screening process that scans the international registry of stolen and suspect credit cards to flag transactions that are potentially fraudulent. Suspect orders are held and investigated by our customer service team before transactions are approved.

In every case—in-network or out—a customer signature is required at delivery so you will always have hard proof of delivery to combat chargebacks.
